How do you suppose she takes her own pictures when she’s fully in the frame? Unless she brings her own tripod and sets up for each photo, she obviously has a personal photographer following her around. If the photographer calls in sick then she could just ask her paparazzi entourage for some pictures.
You won’t be able to duplicate the type of pictures she has, that is unless you’re a professional photographer with professional gear and you know how to fix up a picture for magazine-style print. Or, you can just hire your own photographer to tail you.

What you’re seeing has nothing to do with the camera involved. You’re seeing the results of well executed, well planned, and very professional lighting. Likely a nice strobe set up where possible, and bounced and/or diffused off camera flash when not, combined with a ton of experience and skill.
For what it’s worth, the camera is probably going to be something like a Nikon D2x, or D3, or Canon 5D, or 1Ds

First find a new hero to idolize, second go out and research cameras on your own most high end cameras now all have processors for special night use. But do yourself a huge favor and NEVER go back to her page.

She doesn’t “use” any cameras–someone else took those photos of her (and her parts).
I don’t think she knows how to use one.
