How do I get a waist like Kim Kardashian?

I am quite a curvy girl, (slimmer than Kim) But i’ve recently been inspired by her to love my curves more and want to accentuate them.
I think that our figures are similar, however, her waist seems a little more ‘whittled’ than mine, I have a flat stomach, but her seems more ‘hour glass’ and i was wondering if anybody knew how I could tone/define my stomach to look the way that hers does?

Because yesterday I wore my high-heeled boots for the first time this fall since it just started to get chilly out. Since then I’ve been wearing flats. Today my feet and leg muscles feel oh so sore, like I just did a workout or something. So does wearing high-heeled boots make your leg muscles work harder and hence burn more calories when walking?? Is this why women who always wear high heels have toned legs?
