Perry is right about where to look for them. I Don’t think that your country’s Customs would allow the commercial import of fake goods since they violate the Intellectual Property Rights laws.

Mong Kok (look for hawkers, they often have good deals)
Apliu street (sham shui po)
Wong tai sin (or the entire Kwun tong area)
HK Island and Tseun wan is not recommended for cheap places to buy, since their stuff’s more expensive
