Take the size you are currently wearing and move up or down a size. Just try on a couple pairs.

pointy toed shoes usually need to be worn larger since they are too narrow in front

have a worker measure your foot or if its an online thing trace your feet and send it in with your order through the mail

Yes the Vary, and if you are going to Jimmy choo, they should know how to measure your foot and let you know what size you wear, so you can have a perfect fit.
