Important Question! Is Forever 21 good quality?

Are the headbands at forever 21 good quality? I buy mine at jcrew, anthropologie and free people, so i dont want them to look cheap. I’m ordering online. Thanks!

    Well the clothing and the jewelry are good quality.. Sooo I don’t see why the headbands wouldn’t be.. Go for it!

    don’t buy anything from there!
