No matter what job your interviewing for you should not be wearing open toed shoes, always.wear a suit with skirt/pants and hose….

It doesn’t matter what brand it is, they won’t ask and they can’t see the label. Stay away from sandals with suits- closed toe or peek-a-boo toe heels are the way to go, especially for an interview.

dress in a business suit. An interview is no time to portray your sense of style- wear all the sandals you want after you GET the job. People respect you more when you are wearing a business suit. You should be dressed like Condoleezza Rice!!! Would Condoleezza Rice wear sandals to a meeting?

I doubt it will lose you the job, but super-conservative, bordering on stuffy is best-dressed for an interview.

Although you live in a warm climate, so I suppose it would more acceptable. I still recommend closed-toe pumps/flats. Good luck with the job!!

As long as the shoe is not a flip flop or a tie up flat it’s okay!!!
