they’re nice… i was drooling over this one pair i saw at the jimmy choo store when i went to florida. i think tons of girls whould love to own something from either one of them.

I think they are both beautiful shoes, although expensive. In your case, I’d say it depends on what style best fits the person you are buying for.

I work hard for what I have, too and Jimmy Choo, Manolo Blahnik, and Christian Louboutin are expensive, but are well worth it.
If you get a classic shoe this person will wear it forever. You may be paying for a name, but these designers earned that reputation by making an amazing product.
The last pair of Jimmy Choos I bought I asked what if something happens to my investment and the saleswoman said, without batting an eye, “we will fix them or replace them free of charge forever.”
And, Ebay is the place to buy them, you can really get amazing deal!

A shoe is a shoe. If it makes the wearer feel good about themselves, and you can afford it ($500 or more)…great. I have examined Manolos, and they are no different from any other shoe. Yes, the designs are lovely, but….
You can buy a beautiful 9 West shoe for $75 and give the rest to charity, or put it in your 401K, No one will even know it’s a designer shoe unless the wearer tells everyone. A good piece of jewelry is at least worth what you pay for it. An ounce of gold will always be an ounce of gold. In a year or two a pair of shoes are worn out or old style.
Being rich has nothing to do with it!
