What’s the most money you’ve paid for an item of clothing?

I’m thinking of selling designer clothes & I just wanted to get an idea of how many of you out there are interested in high end. And how high end? The most I’ve ever spent on jeans was $320 but they’re still my favorite pair. Some people will spend $1500 on a Ralph Lauren sun dress. Not me.

So, there’s a pretty big difference in designer clothes. I pay more for jeans & tops but I never buy expensive shoes. How much do you consider your limit for certain items? Some people have a handbag fetish, some are into Jimmy Choo’s. What’s your thing?

And if you could tell me your favorites designers . . . I like True Religion and Rock & Republic for jeans so this is what I was thinking of selling but if you could tell me what you like best, it would help me. Joe’s Jeans, Hudson, Frankie B, Juicy Couture . . . or would you go more expensive like Gucci, Armani, Ferragamo, Dolce & Gabanna, etc.?

    I am not into expensive jeans…the highest I’ve paid for an item was $350 for a suit from AnnTaylor. I like designer items,but at bargain prices…lol

    Jeans and purses are probably your best luck in selling designer items. Everyone has to have those two things. I love Rock & Republic jeans, Hudson, and Juicy. If I were you I wouldn’t go Gucci, Armani and stuff that expensive. YOur more likely to sell more with Juicy and designers around that price range. Let me know and I will def. buy stuff from you!!

    Here is a list of the most expensive things iv’e bought.

    Shirt-around $70

    designer jeans-$376.74

    shoes-$197.83

    I like abercrombie,polo,tommy jeans,And ralph lauren are my favorite.

    I payed £950 for a designer dress and £1150 for a designer coat ! Thats the most money I would pay for any item of clothing

    I’ve recently Paid about 900$ on a Designer Bag …

    I also Bought a D&G Jeans $300

    I have friends who would pay more for designer bags ,, between $1500 & $2500
