    You can’t …..legally.

    Gucci is a trademark protected label of Guccio Gucci S.p.A.

    Gucci is not manufactured in Australia, so it must be imported.

    A “Notices of Objection” is in place with Customs under section 132 of the Trade Marks Act 1995.

    As such, if an importer were to attempt an importation of fake Gucci product, and they were discovered, they would find their product seized, and the likelihood that Guccio Gucci S.p.A would sue them.
