Where to buy designer clothes in English stores?

I know of Harvey Nichols, but which other shops sell expensive handbags (YSL, Chloe, Marc Jacobs etc), shoes (Jimmy Choo, Laboutin and Manalos), and generally expensive clothes and accessories?

Ideally in locations such as Sheffield, Nottingham, Leeds, Lincoln or London.
