Where are some good places to get some non-hoochie dresses?

I am going to a 35th anniversary dinner party. I am 22 and I want something cute but everything I see on-line is either hoochie or too casual. I already looked at Gap, Banana Republic and Macys.
I’d like something that is classy and a puffy skirt would be nice but not necessary. Also, I am looking to spend under $80.

There are some really cute ones that are on sale here…
A lot of them are usually priced around $150 that are now on sale for under $80.

Prom 18 has all of the newest styles for Prom 2011 by Mori Lee Prom and fabulous designers before anyone else in the business! I got my dress from there and they have really cool stuff at such great price. I would definitely recommend everyone to go there to make their prom most wonderful night
