Many stores don't carry shoes beyond a women's size 10 and very few will offer much beyond a women's size 12. If you are anything bigger, you will likely have to special order your shoes. If you don't already know your size in womens, you usually will add a size or two to what you wear in mens. A great online store for shoes of any size is Zappos.com. They have an excellent selection of stilettos and many other womens heels, free shipping, free returns, and amazing customer service. That gives you an opportunity to be as discreet as you would like to be. If you would rather buy from an actual store, remember that we're near Halloween, where many guys will be dressing in drag and most stores won't think anything of you buying a pair of heels. Also, remember that while you might be able to play off buying other womens attire, you can't do that with shoes. I suggest trying Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack. The sales staff is extremely professional about men buying womens shoes for themselves and they do carry big sizes if you need them. Their website is also a good place.
