Yes, I think she did. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt at first, but anyone with some sense knows that a *** tape is in danger of public distribution. Especially since Ray-J desperately wanted fame. Also, it became public that the company that released the tape need full consent from both parties and there are many other hoops to jump through to get the video released.
