Who makes the boots that Kim Kardashian’s wearing in “Keeping Up With the Kardashian”?

In “Keeping Up With the Kardashian”, Kim is wearing a pair of boots in the episode called Kim the Diva. It’s the scene when Kim tells her mom, stepdad and sisters that she the most google celeb on web. She wearing the boots with skinny jeans and a black top underneath a red top.

Is it still appropriate to wear open toed shoes or sandals in October if the weather is warm?

Do open toed sandals still look good in the fall with jeans for everyday wear? Or is a big fashion no no? Its still really warm and I cant bring myself to pull out my boots and closed toed shoes just yet.
I live in LA, its still in the 80′s here.

JIMMY CHOO BOOTS?Can anyone tell me how they fit comp. to Pliner or Weitzman. I found a pair I love on Ebay?
