What are some stores that are similar to the Gap?

Is a good pair of jeans always worth the money for a guy?

Where can I find flip-flops similar to these?

I love the look of these J.Crew flip-flops, but I cannot justify spending $70 on a pair of sandals.

If you buy something at JCrewKids.com can you return it at any J Crew store if you dont like it?
