There was this book I read, but I can’t remember the title. I want to read its sequel. Help please?

Okay so there was a girl (teenager) and she had just moved into this house (which was an old hotel). When she went into her room, she saw a ghost there. The ghost’s name was Jesse. This girl (I forgot her name….) was called something becasue she could speak to ghosts, to help them “move on.” She went to this school where the principal (which was a priest….. she called him Father D…i think) could also speak to ghosts. There was (in the second book, I think) a boy who could also talk to ghosts. He liked the girl, but she didn’t like him. She went to his house (where I believe his grandfather lived), but ended up walking hom in her Jimmy Choos. Also, the boy was rly rich. uhh…I think the author was Meg Cabot, but I can’t be sure.
