How to remove ballpen mark from Gucci handbag?

Mine is a white one in the Gucci Joy collection. I believe the fabric is called “gg fabric” (not canvas nor leather). It has a small blue ball pen mark on it. Does anyone know how I could remove the mark? I tried using alcohol, sponge, detergent but the mark is still there. Please help!
