I already bought the shoes a size bigger than I normally wear because the leather band was so tight and made my toes become red. But now they are still tight. How can I stretch the little leather band across my toes??

Now my problem when it comes to purchasing shoes, I have a major problem finding one that will fit. I somehow cannot fit into strappy types, i’ve tried looking such places as Payless and most department stores.
I have a company Christmas Party to attend this year and would love some help. Now if only I can afford such designers as Manolo Blahniks, Jimmy Choos and such. Because they make shoes for my small feet.
PLEASE someone help. I am not in the mood for custom-made shoes so scratch that out.
I would like to add that I am searching for adults evening dress shoes. I am 32 years old not a child seeking for kid’s shoes.
